The Magnolia House

The Magnolia House has been around since 1910, and when Waller Remodeling and Construction stepped in, our goal was simple: fix it up without losing what made it special in the first place. We kept the charm, like the original door handles, leaded windows and plaster walls, and gave it the updates it needed to be comfortable and functional today. It was all about blending the old with the new and making sure this historic home keeps telling its story for years to come.

Eastland New Construction in progress…

The start of the Eastland new Construction. Footers dug, block laid out!

Wrap, insulation and the start of the roof now!

There was lots of framing to do. We have two in-law suites attached to the house, plus the main living area and garages.

Exterior details are going in! Siding, doors, and decks. Brick will be painted so color didn’t matter during installation

We finally had a break from the rain and were able to lay the concrete for the start of a pole barn!

Countertops are in! These pieces are very heavy and take a great crew to get them on the cabinets safe and sound. Also tile work is just about finished in the bathrooms and carpet squares are laid upstairs.

Wells Pole Barn Progress…

Rough in plumbing, rebar and slabs are laid!

Drywall is in and painted, as well as hardwood floors are laid and stained

It’s been a wet and rainy season here, but we finally have a driveway poured! Sidewalks will come later.

Framework is done! It’s starting to look like a garage now. This is big enough to house a boat, a golf cart and a pick-up truck
