Eastland New Construction in progress…

The start of the Eastland new Construction. Footers dug, block laid out!

Wrap, insulation and the start of the roof now!

There was lots of framing to do. We have two in-law suites attached to the house, plus the main living area and garages.

Exterior details are going in! Siding, doors, and decks. Brick will be painted so color didn’t matter during installation

Countertops are in! These pieces are very heavy and take a great crew to get them on the cabinets safe and sound. Also tile work is just about finished in the bathrooms and carpet squares are laid upstairs.

Drywall is in and painted, as well as hardwood floors are laid and stained

It’s been a wet and rainy season here, but we finally have a driveway poured! Sidewalks will come later.
